Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Return, Refund & Cancellation
Because our items are handmade, returns are accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item is shipped.
- To request a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after product verification. Custom, personalized, or used products cannot be returned.
